Our company specialises in modular and portable buildings. We have a London branch based in Romford and a Southern branch based in Dorset. We are reachable at both locations but not bound to these areas, as a result we work nationwide.

Within our team we have trained slinger banksman for the lifting of each building. Once the buildings are in place we will complete the installation to an immaculate standard. Every member of staff are fully trained within each of our services. To ensure our team are safe and competent with all elements of the job, we carry out regular training and checks.

Not only do we install new buildings, our company can also offer you the service of relocating an existing building to a desired location. With this service we can provide staff for the lifting, we can organise transport, lay foundations and also service connections.

Due to the companies experience of installing buildings and our fully trained staff, we can also complete refurbishments and alteration work to existing buildings. We are always happy to advise on the environmental viability of refurbishing your own building. This would include both the supplying and fitting of specialised materials used for constructing modular buildings.

We work for most of the major accommodation hire companies and are able to carry out site set-up installations which include; linking, stacking and staircase installs. Our company have trained staff that are specific for refurbishing buildings prior to hire and can be hired for contract work. Every team member has the skills to attend maintenance of modular and portable cabins, being either proactive or reactive.

As well as our day-to-day work, we often have a large selection​ of pre-used up-cycled portable cabins and modular units for sale. These can be reconfigured to suit your own applications.

Without hesitation we can happily ensure that all of our staff are CSCS certified and the required staff are IPAF PASMA CPCS slingers, harness and working at height trained.
